« This is place is a gem! Quiet, off of the beaten trail, & right on the water. Nothing fancy, but then are you on vacation just to stay in a hotel room - No! The bed was comfortable (pillow top mattress) and the people are wonderful! We stopped here on our way to the Outer Banks & extended our stay by 1 night because of hurricane damage to our ultimate destination. »

« Needed a quiet, safe, pleasant place for 2 older ladies and a dog for a couple days, and this could not have been more perfect. Thoughtful, lovely planting around a capacious cabin, much time was spent outdoors just being there. Feeling of absolute peaceful privacy, calm and lovely. The long stretch of actively farmed fields on one side, the endlessly changing light on a diverse marsh on the other, very Eastern Shore.
