« We stayed for four nights in June and were delighted with the facilities provided. One king size bedroom, one double bedroom and a small room suitable for a child (we brought our own crib for the baby). Small details like the stair gate and a few toys helped too. The patio furniture was well used as we had glorious weather. Staplecross is well placed for exploring Rye. Hastings, local vineyards and National Trust properties. We would like to return next year! »

« Charming cottage in the relaxing Kent countryside, equipped with everything you need. Really warm host and our daughter loved the animals, and in particular the dogs Sophie and Katie :) Well located close to Rye and the beaches of Camber Sands or St Mary's Bay, and possibility of being in London very quickly by train (15 min by car then 35 min from Ashford station). One week was too short to visit everything! »

« Property is in a great location, an old beautiful cottage. Everything was excellent. The shower was luke warm, but couldn't fault anything else. I had problems with the App so contacted the owner who was very helpful. A lovely stay - thank you »

« Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Farmgelände, so dass man ein bisschen ins Farmleben integriert ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich mit schönem Außenbereich, der Besitzer und Familienmitglieder sehr nett. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Wadhurst, es ist sehr ruhig. »

« A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by. »

« very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor...

« Firstly I need to say how wonderful Jim and Anita were and how welcoming they made us all feel. The location of Honey Pot Farm is stunning with views to take your breath away. The town of Hythe is a mere 10min drive and well worth a visit. We will most defiantly be going back 10/10 »

« Situated down a lane with countryside views, close to the historical town of Rye. A homely cottage with access to a hot tub and swimming pool set at ideal temperatures. Perfect location for relaxation but within easy access to local towns. Would certainly recommend ! »

« Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. »
