â ïž Donât be fooled by the photos or the hotelâs design â the reality is completely different. This place is nowhere near a 5-star standard and feels more like a construction site than a holiday destination.
We booked 7 nights for âŹ1,700, but left after just one night because the experience was so disappointing.
On arrival:
âąDirect view of a construction site with cranes, tractors and noise.
âąThe pool is overcrowded, no loungers available, and blaring music makes it impossible to relax.
âąAt breakfast, there arenât enough tables for all guests â you either wait in line or squeeze in uncomfortably.
In the room, itâs unacceptable:
âąA huge gap under the door lets in all the noise from the hallway, making it impossible to sleep.
âąBroken toilet paper holder, toilet flush coming apart, and worst of all: the smoke detector is still covered with plastic, so it wouldnât even work in case of fire.
I normally never leave negative reviews, even when places are slightly disappointing or have a few flaws. This time, I waited 6 days before posting anything because I believe itâs always better to speak directly to the hotel rather than venting online. However, after sending an email on the first day and receiving no reply at all, I feel I have no choice but to warn future guests.
đ At this price point, this is completely unacceptable. The only positive: the buildingâs design (credit to the architect). But thatâs not enough. This hotel is nowhere near 5-star quality. Avoid at all costs.
