Hôtel très très bruyant aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, le personnel de l’acueil était très désagréable, j’ai voulu changer de chambre on m’a dit que ce n’etait pas possible, alors qu’il y avait des chambres libres sur le site. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre et literie inconfortable

A eviter...
Un réel décalage entre l'exterieur de l'hotel plutot propre et des chambres tout ce qu'il y a de plus simple. Petit déjeuner décevant. Hotel très très très bruyant en période estivale, ceci étant du surement aux gens qui viennent se saouler au bord de la piscine avant de déferler dans les rues de San Antoni. je ne recommande pas cet hotel, sauf si vous allez dans ce coin d'Ibiza pour faire la fête.

Pretty standard 3 star hotel close to bars and beaches. Good: very clean, comfortable bed, quite room, friendly staff, roof terrace peaceful, food served hot, pool has gradual slope from shallow to deep so good for everyone. Not so good: very slow check in so have booking confirmation and passport ready, pool area around the bar quite slippery, some sun beds need maintenance as a bit grubby or damaged (saw a couple of people fall through them by the adult pool), cocktails so sweet that they were undrinkable.

Het hotel was heerlijk, eten was goed en elke dag iets anders. De kamer netjes en ruim (bedden gigantisch), alleen op het balkon misten wij een tafeltje. Verder was alles netjes, ook bij het zwembad. Geen overlast gehad van dronken mensen en zwembad water was lekker. De kids club was Oke, niet veel gebruik van gemaakt. Personeel was zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

La verdad que todo cambio cuando me olvide una camisa en el hotel y llame para buscarla, mande a un mensajero y le dieron otra camisa diciendo que esa era la unica que habia. Yo llame a la hora de haberme ido. Sabia exactamente donde la deje. Luego cuando le dan la camisa la mensajero JUSTO NO TIENE NINGUNA ETIQUETA DE MARCA NI NADA. Lamentable la forma en que se manejaron. Si me iba a robar al menos no me hagan gastar dinero en mandar a alguien a buscar algo y faltarnos el respeto asi

È una struttura molto vecchia, sporca e desolata. Di tutte le strutture che ho visitato negli ultimi 25 anni e oltre 40 viaggi in assoluto la peggiore. Un degrado spiazzante. La stanza era sporca, lenzuola, sanitari in bagno vecchi e mal funzionanti. Le condizioni igieniche dello snack bar sono da denuncia. Insetti dentro il cibo dei contenitori con gli ingredienti per il cibo. A 163 euro a notte seppur un 3 stelle. Il personale è educato e gentile occorre precisare.

This is a nice hotel, really nice to have an adults only pool area. Food and drinks were all really good. Unfortunately the bars close at 11pm when you’re really just starting your night. Just a few oversights/impracticalities they could have addressed such as no bath mats (!!) when the bathroom floor is tiled, no air con in the gym and the luggage room is inaccessible by the lift so have to humph bags down a flight of stairs. Oh and the poolside/hotel music is abysmal. In the main though not a bad hotel at all.

Goed all inclusive hotel
Het verblijf was goed. Eten in deze all inclusive was gevarieerd als je niet op dag 1 al alles neemt. Op een gegeven moment komen er wel gerechten terug. Kamers en staat van het hotel was ook prima. wel minder mee gemaakt bij hotels met meer sterren. Bij de wellness was altijd iemand aanwezig. als enig puntje wat misschien beter kan is de lengte van de bedden. Oh en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam.

Unforgettable Memories 👌
Weather was ok after the first night. Hotel was lovely, nice big pool and a separate adults only pool. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Check in and check out was very slow but this was the only minor complaint from our stay. Shuttle bus from the airport- fantastic value. Will definitely stay again. Location is ok but a good 30 minute walk into San Antonio. Hotel right next to Ocean Beach.

Not quite what we expected!
Booked this hotel for the ROOF TERRACE which we were not allowed to use. Hotel said we were misled by your description as Roof Terrace is only for premium guests. Also our booking said free WIFI which is not right as they charge for it. Good hotel with excellent staff and we enjoyed our stay but it was marred by those two issues.

Vi havde en dejlig tur. Søndag til søndag. Normal standard værelse med altan. Maden hver dag nrugte vi meget. Den var varieret og i ok kvalitet. Ret mange børn og lidt larm engang imellem, men alt i alt et godt sted at bo og god pris for alle inclusive. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at kommet tilbage til dette hotel og kan kun anbefale det. God valuta til prisen! :)

He ido con mi hija de 17 años por 4 días a este magnífico Hotel.la hemos pasado muy bien.el trato ha sido exelente. Las cenas y desayuno perfecto.Los show q hacen por la noche nos ha gustado.mucho.el chico dominicano q es monitor de baile es un.encanto. el personal del comedor muy amables.lo recomiendo. Al.100 por 100.volveremos...

Het hotel is toe aan een renovatie. Het is erg basic, voor extra`s moet betaald worden, o.a. wifi en zonneterras. De prijs is erg laag, dat verklaart staat van het hotel en de betaling voor extra voorzieningen. Ontbijt is prima, diner is wat minder

Excellent Staff - very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean, food was nice. Only negative's - Drinks out of plastic cups even in the main bar in the evenings, Gym needed more equipment and updating.

Fabulous !!
We cannot fault the hotel or staff . The adult pool was superb... very clean and tidy . All the staff were polite and helpful . The hotel is very clean .The food was very varied ,fresh and plentiful ! A nice walk round to the shops and bars if you want them and very close to the beaches ..10/10 really Thanks !

Could be improved!
When we arrived in the middle of the night we were told they had over booked and so so we were sent to a sister hotel which was shocking, rooms were very basic, had a horrible feel and we were woken up all through the night with people slamming doors, shouting and knocking on our door at 4am. Couldn't wait to leave! We've heard this happens regularly. We were upgraded to a premium room which was very clean and perfectly adequate, although the beds are hard and 2 singles pushed together. We had accses to the sunset terrace which was lovely and enjoyed our thursday evening with the sax player up there. Very difficult to get a sun bed unless you want to get up at 7am on your holiday! Food in the main hall was pretty good, excellent selection of salad especially. At the pool bar they could do with more staff, lots of queues for food and drink. The adult pool was very nice. Reception staff could be friendlier!

Really impressed with the catering choice for breakfast and dinner which we had included, good pool facilities ad overall a good crowd and experience.

vriendelijk hotel
vlakbij het strand. vriendelijk personeel. all inclusive: het voor iedereen wat wils. stel er niet al te hoge eisen aan maar is oke. wanneer je een dagje weg gaat maken ze zelfs een lunchpakketje voor je klaar.

Bergantin einmal reicht
Da wir mehrmals im Jahr auf der Insel sind, haben wir einen guten Überblick über vorhandene Hotels. Leider fiel das Bergantin durch ein kleines Zimmer, das im Badbereich sehr stark abgenutzt war, auf. Darüber hinaus hatten wir das Hotelzimmer über dem Bereich der Logistik, sodass der Schlaf ab morgens 5:00 Uhr aufgrund der Anlieferungen nicht mehr möglich war. Das morgendliche Frühstück war reine Monotonie: Englisch Breakfast- immer gleich- ,sowie 1 Sorte Käse, 1 Sorte Wurst, Früchte je nach Tagesform vom Küchenchef. Gut, das wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten, es wird bei dieser Woche bleiben. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass das Personal trotz Saisonende sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Die Hotel-Gruppe sollte ihr Konzept überdenken! Es kann nicht sein, dass man als Direktbucher ( Zimmerpreis ca. 50 € Ertrag/Tag) mit den Pauschalurlaubern ( Zimmerpreis ca. 10-15 € Ertrag/Tag, mehr ist es nicht durch die Reiseveranstalter) gleichgesetzt wird. Freunde und begeisterte Wiederkommer wird man sich damit nicht machen. Ansonsten, wenn man die Insel mehrmals im Jahr besucht, kennt man die schönen Plätze der Insel
