« Réception ouverte 24/24 et employés sympathiques. Seul bémol on est plus sur des chambres avec un coin cuisine que des « appartements ». »

« I Reserved a room with double bed, but when I checked in they told that it was not available. I told them that I reserved this kind of room and I paid more to have a room with double beds. When I higher my voice and I told them that I will not stay in a room with a queen bed I don’t know how the correct room appears. They need to be more honest with customers and need to know what does it mean customer service. Never again »

« Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel »

The only thing is that the hotel recently changed hands and they seem to have fired a bunch of the old staff and made a lot of changes to the hotel, including increasing the price, which is unfortunate to say the least.. I am not sure how often I will be coming now.. »

« Clean, polite and unfussy. »

« Sejour pour une nuit avec les enfants Pas d'ascenseur Avec trois enfants et ma mère C était très dur La chambre est trop minimaliste Côté rue bruyant la nuit »

« It's a simple hotel well communicated to the center of London it's perfect for a weekend in the capital. The room was very clean in a quiet area, good mattress. Good value for money »
