« What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect (can walk to Coligny and Beach.) The complex has a nice private pool that can only be accessed through the condos. The owner was very accommodating and answered all my emails quickly. »

« This unit is in a great location - walking distance to Coligny Plaza and steps from the beach. The pool area is very nice and well maintained (bug spray is helpful with all of the foliage around the pool).The unit itself is nice and clean. We had an AC issue but that was resolved quickly (communication with hosts was very good). The washer/dryer is coin operated and there is only one set for the entire building. « This is a very beautifully decorated condo in walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, and Coligny Park. My family stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and we never moved our car. We were able to walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza where there was plenty food and shopping. The only small thing was that we couldn't figure out how to work the television but we made due with our phone and tablets. « This is our third time staying in Hilton Head, and we had an absolute blast. Dan, the home owner, did an amazing job preparing the place, and leaving gifts for us to find throughout the home.
