The homes are cute. IMHO Hosts are overly sensitive to negative feedback. Upon arrival, our tiny home had visible dirt, and food wrappers around the mattresses which were just laying on the ground. There were no door mats to keep dirt out or to wipe your feet so given the proximity of the main floor sleeping area it led to our discomfort for sleeping in that area. There was a sitting area with a pullout coach bed so the compromise was for one person to sleep there because the other person wasn't as uncomfortable with the dirt UNTIL he pulled his covers to climb into the bed and found MORE dirt. Contacted the host to let them know we were not happy with the beds location nor the dirt. Host passed our message to the property manager on site who offered to refund our cleaning fee - Did not offer to re-home us..offered to re-clean the home which we had already swept by that point. We also pointed out that we expected the home to be in Hurricane, UT based on the Expedia listing, which is about 25 minutes from our intended destination of Zion, but in actuality it is in Colorado City AZ... Which according to the instructions book inside the home is 25 mi away from Hurricane and about 45 minutes from Zion. I also pointed that out to the host, who then proceeded to basically blame me for not picking the one picture out of 274 posted on their website that showed this particular home and the placement of the beds on the floor as well as not looking at a map. We chose to stay elsewhere.

Never got check in instructions. When booking it said the remainder was “due at property”. Turns out there’s no real person at property. You must pay the cleaning fee online before receiving checkin code. Not properly explained upon booking or even the weeks days following. Had I not called 2 hours before arrival, I would have never known.

I stayed here because I wanted a unique experience when I visited Zion National Park, and this did not disappoint. I actually stayed in two different tiny homes, because I wound up cancelling subsequent reservations near Bryce National Park in order to stay here a few more nights. Both were extremely nice, well kept, and I loved that I was able to buy groceries and cook at the place, making this an overall affordable option. The house itself also had really nice touches like a fireplace on the deck, a grill, skylights in the bedroom loft and the living room loft, etc. The property manager, Katie was super communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I hope to stay here again the next time I’m in Utah. ❤️

It was a great stay. The only thing I can say is the pillows are too high and too tough. Almost unbearable to sleep on them. Had to sleep without the pillows.

The place is lovely, just could have had hangers or hooks to hang jackets. Also some of the lights did not work properly. Would have been nice to have had extra towels, pillows n blankets.

Great communication and instructions from owner. Not a lot to do nearby but there are a couple of places to eat within a 10 min drive and much more within a 20 min drive. The property was very clean and had dishes and cooking utensils. The only negatives are these homes are not convenient to any attractions and the noise from the main highway behind made it difficult to sleep.

This was our second time at Zion’s Tiny Getaway. Our tiny home was nicely decorated and well appointed, however, I was not aware that the one we selected did not have a stovetop but we made it work! I will definitely stay here again.

First time in Utah. Property was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was there Skylights up in the loft was my son’s favorite. So he can fall asleep looking up stars.very unique little house, also very reasonable price was plus!! Close enough to Zion national park which we were there for Definitely recommending this place and will stay again on our next visit

Super cute tiny homes and I liked that it was right near the off road trail that leads to Zion instead of having to circle through the highways. I would just say maybe pay a little more attention to vacuuming the couch and near the bed, there was just more hair than I’d like but not a deal breaker I would come back if they’d have me. Thank you !

If you are picky, might not be the best place. If you enjoy camping and coming to utah for an event or trails, absolutely a great option. It had little water pressure and sometimes the shower didn't get hot, but that personally didn't bother me one bit. I will be coming back next year and absolutely going to be staying here again.

What a gorgeous stay! We initially had planned to stay in Vegas to commute go Zion but when this popped up, I was intrigued. This place had me sold at the hot tub. The close proximity to Zion National Park made our trip so fun.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay!!!! The view from our tiny house was incredible, especially from the hot tub! The house was clean, warm and inviting. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Zion!!!
