Le personnel de la réception et l'organisation est juste horrible ! La nourriture est continentale, pas folle c'est vrai Mais dire Que cest degueulasse est exagéré. Piscine plage pas mal. Équipe d'animation sympathique mais ce qui etait proposé n'etait pas très intéressant.

Très beau séjour...
La propreté des chambres, on peut mieux surtout au niveau des sanitaires, la qualité du service en général pas trop mal, bon emplacement de l'hôtel, il manquait cependant un peu de motivation pour animer les enfants, activités peu variées. Trop d'extra charge. Cependant, très bon séjour malgré tout, je tire mon chapeau au personnel de l'hôtel, mm si parfois la vaisselle n'était pas tjs top (verres et tasses). L'hôtel reste cependant très beau, très agréable... variez juste vos activités pour les enfants ;-).

Très bonne prestations pour cet hôtel. A commencer par l'accueil du personnel. Des gens très gentils et très courtois ... de la réception à la salle de restaurant. Grande chambre, 3 piscines, plage privée avec restaurant snack à côté (all inclusive). Beaucoup de choix dans le buffet, que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner, ou dîner. Cuisine occidentale ET orientale. Petit bémol, l'éloignement du centre ville : l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone hôtelière à 25 minutes en voiture du centre d'hurghada.

Un peu déçu , la crèche était fermé pour les enfants , pas de petit déjeuner spécial( chocolat au lait) café ou rien . Les jus de fruit son affreux c est que de l eau et de la poudre de jus,le café c'est du Nescafé donc aucun goût . La wifi est hort de prix , le mot PALACE est disproportionnée et ne merite pas 5 étoile .

Points forts: - Personnel très gentil et très compétent, ( réception moyen) - Nettoyage chambres super, - Service plage top - Nourriture très bonne au resto principal et égyptien - Parc et entretien des jardins super top - Poissons à voir directement au bout du ponton Points faibles: - Réception: service moyen voir quelconque - Resto spécialité chinois moyen, italien vraiment pas terrible. Mieux vaut aller au buffet Mieux les chambres sur jardin ( moins de bruit) que piscine. La moitié des chambres vue mer sont pas top et loin du resto et de l'entrée.

When we arrived it was 3am and the hotel lobby was extremely hot, no AC! Even though I informed the hotel about our late check in it took them around 30 mins to check our room before taking us there. The lobby had mosquitos and our children were bitten several times. My first impressions of the hotel were very poor, we were very disappointed and hoping that we didn’t make a mistake booking this hotel. When we were finally taken to our room it was very hot, I was disappointed that after checking our room before allowing us in they didn’t turn on the AC so the room would be cool for us. Despite the poor reception our stay was very nice, the family room was very spacious (a bit run down, could do with the shower room and furniture being upgraded) but the service from the staff was amazing, food was always fresh and tasty, pool area clean and staff very friendly!

Mixed Feelings
Lots of mixed feelings about our stay. Starting with the pros, the food was great with lots of varieties, nice pools, very nice and active animation team, and beach is good. On the other hand, the room was in a terrible condition with water ingress in some walls. Also, we had to ask for the plumber twice to fix problems in the bathroom. We asked for a change of one mattress as it was so bent. The cleanliness of the room is below average. Almost all staff personel we dealt with seemed unhappy I don't know why. Like they hate the place or something. Another weird thing was asking us when checking out to wait for 10 minutes until the housekeeping checks if the room is OK!! I have never been asked at any hotel to wait on checking out to check the room. Was very rude actually. What kind of memory are they trying to leave their guests with? Besides the room is already messed up, so there is nothing left for the guests to ruin.

Jasmine Palace hotel
Visited Jasmine palace mid Nov for a 4night stay, we had high expectations Visit with this being a 5* hotel and after reading some of the amazing reviews. This was our first holiday in over 2 years so was looking for a relaxing break with warm weather The pools and gardens are lovely, clean and well maintained and the garden staff do a brilliant job throughout the hotel Our room location was perfect for us, we had sea view and right on the beach, the room itself was clean and spacious but could have done with a bit of renovation. When we arrived our room was set up with 2 beds but we pushed them together as we had arrived late In the evening and we was too tired to ask reception to move us to a double room at that time. The food was always fresh and hot with variety of different selections chicken meats fish pasta salads. Plenty of desserts, mainly cakes which were nice. Breakfast has a large selection of pastries, breads fruit or cooked omelette. The Teas /coffees are in small paper cups. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that as a 5star hotel it has no WiFi however you can buy this at reception for a limited amount of WiFi and can be used by the reception area only . The shop within the hotel sells data sim which you can purchase. On the beach you will get hounded by several tour agents trying to sell you their trips or take up massage or manicure pedicures for the spa. This is quite annoying. Overall we had a great time.

The place is nice. A nice space with comfy and well designed rooms, with good cleanliness. My problem was with the service, as the TV was not working and asked three time for it to get fixed and nothing happened. Also had to ask for an ashtray in my room to get it. Very slow service. The beach is nice but the sea either too shallow or too deep to swim comfortably. If you're heading there for swimming, you'd have to use the pools exclusively. Also, they do not have WiFi acess in the rooms, and it's for extra charge in the lobby. So, it's not recommended for work trips of any kind. Most of the guests were families, maybe less attractive for friends trips.

Reservation couldn't be found and they weren't very helpful in sorting the situation I had to contact to the uk all while my four month old was restless. There is no covid restrictions in place in restaurant it's like a cattle market even most of the hand sanitizer was not filled during our stay. No bins around to place rubbish, no powered milk in the rooms for hot drinks. Only saving grace to this place was the al a carte restaurants and the extra bottles water we got for our daughter to make her milk.

I loved how clean and new the rooms were. The food was good too, fresh and they actually serve you real food not leftovers. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back.

Arrived late night around 4 am to check in. Guy at the reception had no emotions not even a welcome. Gave our room keys and told one of the staff to take us up. He took us to the lift but it wasn't working so he left us there. We were waiting for 10 minutes and no one is explaining to us what's going on. So I went over to the reception desk to speak to him and find out what's going on. He then tells me the room has been suspended and that I have to pay for a room. After an hour discussion I told him let me go into my room sleep and sort it out in the morning. He then made me sign a contract stating I would pay if agency booking doesn't come through. Woke up next morning after a long nighy and a 10 hour flight. Went to the reception to sort things out guy says everything is ok now. And till this day they haven't apologised for this. Food is terrible disgusting. Hotel itself is beautiful but overall i'm glad i'm back in London now

Can I please get the room I paid for?
Went with my family of 4 for a week vacation. Paid for a family room so everyone would be comfortable. Was given room 2338 which is not a family room went to lobby numerous of times about this. Finally was given room 2378 on last night which didn't matter at this point because we had a 3:55am flight. Contacted Expedia also and was given wait we'll send you an email. I blame first Expedia because they had no problem receiving my credit card info. You live and learn I guess it fits the bill. They also should at least try cleaning the bottles and cups from the beach. Such a beautiful beach to snorkel but being surrounded by plastic bottles and cups while snorkeling what a shame. Don't want to discourage anyone from visiting egypt it's magical just be selective on location.

Das Hotelpersonal hat sich mehrfach gegenüber Frau H. und auch anderen weiblichen Gästen aufdringlich verhalten und unsittliche Angebote gemacht. Verschiedene weibliche Gäste haben sich darüber beklagt, was offenbar niemanden interessierte. Ich empfehle deshalb keiner Frau, in diesem Hotel Ferien zu buchen, ausser sich sucht solcherlei Abenteuer. - An EXPEDIA: Wenn Sie diesen nicht ehrlichen Feedback nicht ertragen und nicht publizieren wollen, verstehe ich das nicht. Das würde keine kein gutes Licht auf Sie als Reiseveranstalter werfen. Sollten Sie darauf beharren, diese Bewertung nicht zu akzeptieren / publizieren, werde ich mich hüten, Ihnen jemals noch eine Bewertung auszufüllen. Auch würde ich mir überlegen, ob ich künftig Ihren Angeboten noch trauen kann. Möglicherweise müsste man dies dann in einem unabhängigen BLOG publizieren.

Resort che secondo me non merita le 5 stelle
La Lobby, il ristorante e l'esterno del resort (giardini, piscine, vialetti) era molto curato mentre la camera era costruita con poca attenzione al dettaglio e la spiaggia senza un servizio adatto per lettini e paravento! (Era necessario fare tutto da se) La pulizia della camera è stata di basso livello: per due giorni ho dovuto chiamare la reception perché la camera non era stata pulita per nulla, per altri due giorni era stato rifatto solo il letto (pavimento e bagno non lavati) e per gli altri giorni la pulizia è stata a dir poco superficiale. Il personale dell'hotel, escluse le figure di maggior rilievo (receptionist, managers e tutto il team animazione) è stato pesante, appiccicoso e irrispettoso: al ristorante non si riusciva a mangiare in pace che ogni 2 minuti ero assalita da camerieri che mi facevano domande, spesso anche personali. Il cibo era di buona qualità, sapori ottimi, perfino la pasta era accettabile ma talvolta poco vario. Nota sicuramente molto positiva è il team di animazione: simpatici, divertenti, attività interessanti e senza dubbio molto rispettosi!!! Tornerei li solo per loro! <3 Piccola nota, che però non è di responsabilità della struttura, è la bassa marea al mattino sulla spiaggia, il mare inizia ad arrivare verso le 13:00 e per fare un bagno degno di questo nome o è necessario camminare in acqua per 400 m (piacevole esperienza) oppure c'è un pontile che porta ad un punto con buona profondità in cui si può fare anche snorkling.

Me and my partner had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive and we're always on hand if you needed anything. The hotel itself was beautiful and right on the beach which was perfect. Overall our time here was idyllic and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice place, but the staff are not...
We've stayed only for three nights and we've expected much more than we found there. First when we arrived at the hotel we waited for more than 2 hours to get the room, I understand that the check in is at 14 but the reception staff said that they will try to give the room earlier. We stayed for more than 2 hours waiting to get an answer or even a welcome drink after 7 hours driving . It was not friendly at all. The hotel generally needs a hospitality touch, all the staff need to have a lot of trainings about guest contact and hospitality . The room was not clean at all, there was hair and dust everywhere , we told the roomboy about it but nothing has changed. There was a lot of negative things that will take long time to write , Wewere planning to extend the holiday but after we've seen it we were happy to leave.

excellent assets with bad management
I can summarize our stay in excellent assets with bad management the hotel is very nice in location, view, facilities but the management is very bad with no experience in managing such big operational hotel I faced a lot of strange things as rules from management like paying the full amount at check in, turning off the air-conditions in the reception area almost all the day, bad answers from stuff to show clearly they do not have experience and/or training in hotels business, receiving some groups with very low level and very bad behaviors in the last night for me was choking to believe we are in 5 starts hotel with no action from management and leaving them do whatever they want it was like the hotel is out of control

About 15 of us stayed for 3 nts in 6 rooms, all pool view & all with SPECIFIC request for 1 king size bed. But on arrival we were told that all pool view rooms are actually TWIN beds, not KING. So why advertise the option? Other members within group had issues with dirty bedding, dust-filled rooms, dead mozzies in the bathroom & general cleanliness. When they complained to Reception, they were responded to in aggressive and defensive manner, which obviously made them more aggressive & defensive in return. They were also informed at 1 point, that if they did not like the hotel they were free to leave as there are plenty of other hotels in Hurghada. tbh I think the Egyptian staff at the hotel treat their Egyptian guests in this manner. I am a foreigner & therefore I was treated well & did not have many complaints. Staff need training on basic Egyptian etiquette and manners.The AI option was VERY limited. I usually enjoy AI at hotels.Drinks poured into half-washed glasses (ie the glasses still had other people's bits of food at the tip), always long queue. Same with the buffet-usually there are min 50-60 guests queuing up & yes this is normal with All Inclusive, but not really in such a large hotel.Beach bar snacks very good, burgers DELICIOUS & so are French fries (better than restaurant tbh). Not enough staff in main restaurant for no. of guests. Floor always filthy. unsure why Jasmine Palace had such a problem with keeping their public areas clean.

Traumanlage mit wenig Gästen
Wunderschöne Anlage wobei die Hotelbauten nur zur Hälfte in Betrieb sind. Somit sind es recht wenig Gäste und man findet immer gut ein ruhigen Ort an einem Pool oder Meer. Gerade ist Ägypten besonders leer, da hat man schon mal einen ganzen Poolbereich für sich :) Das Essen ist gut und bemüht aber nicht ganz auf top Europäischen Standard. Die Speiseraumstügle zeigen deutliche Touristenspuren - hier müssten wirklich dringend die Bezüge gewaschen oder gewechselt werden! Das Personal ist super nett - etwas aufdringlich bzgl Sonderleistungen ausserhalb des All Inclusive aber kann man noch ertragen. Super schön war das Kamelreiten in der Wüste - die haben sich echt eine riesen Mühe gegeben!! Auch der Tauch-/ Schnorcheltripp kann schön sein. Leute super nett! Aber man sollte vorher sprechen dass sie nicht die mega Touri-Hotspots anfahren - mit 100 Leuten im Wasser macht Schnorcheln keinen Spass!!

Nice hotel shame about the staff
Whilst this hotel is very pleasant, the facilities are as expected, the pools and gardens beautiful, the staff are amongst the rudest I've met in the hospitality industry.

Ottimo Resort di nuova costruzione
Soggiorno all inclusive, 1* settimana di gennaio 2016. Stanza doppia 2 adult 3 bambini. Ottima struttura di nuova costruzione il lato nord è ancora da completare, affaccia sul mare con bariera corallina il fondale è basso la temperatura gradevole, si presta molto bene alle famiglie con bambini, il personale è gentile e deficiente attento alle esigenze della clientela, il ristorante principale a buffet e di cucina internazionale non manca mai qualche specialità italiana. La lingua utilizzata in hotel e l'inglese (solo un cameriere parlava un buon italiano) L'animazione è svolta in modo impeccabile e non invasivo da parte di due ragazze russe aiutate da due ragazzi egiziani per le gite e potete rivolgervi alle persone autorizzate in hotel sempre dopo una lunga contrattazione, possibilità di effettuare immersioni. Per i vostri acquisti potete contrattare nei negozi in hotel, vi sconsiglio i negozietti all'esterno dell'hotel se volete uscire per fare compere vi segnalo un grosso centro commerciale ( centrumhall) in cui potete utilizzare le vostre carte di credito a prezzi più che accettabili, aperto 24/24. ATTENZIONE AI TAXI per Urgada non pagate mai più di 5 euro, 15 se vi portano ai terminal dell'aeroporto.

Luksushotel med middelmådig all inclusive
14 dages ferie. Meget tomt hotel grundet terrorfrygt. Hotellet har store komfortable rum, gode senge og enorme pools. Dog var alene en lille pool opvarmet (65 cm dyb på det dybeste sted), og de øvrige pools havde vandtemperatur på 16 grader. Udmærket koralrev lige ud for hotellet. Vores teenagemødre kedede sig vist bravt. All inclusive var ikke helt i top - særligt cocktails var meget discount-præget (alle cocktails syntes at starte med et stort skvæt Sprite uanset opskriften).
