The staff was excellent. They were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were dirty, though, and the beds were uncomfortable. Others in my group experienced the same with their rooms.

Our stay was ok. The checkin agent was very nice- she was able to modify our reservation and room assignment to accommodate a last minute change in our group. The room itself was fine. Not utterly fantastic, but good enough. It was clean, and there weren't any issues in particular, the room just felt a little dated and sad.

The bathrooms are way too small, there bathroom door is right in front of toilet when using you can't open or close.

Home2Suites is my go to brand for hotels. I enjoy the room layout with the curtain separating the sleeping area from the couch. That way my wife can stay up later to read, while I get to bed on time so I can drive the next day.

Room is spacious and extremely clean. The cleaning staff turned around our room very quickly to allow us to check in early. Front desk staff was wonderful. She was nice, personable, and accommodating. Such a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed/expected. The location is convenient to dining/shopping and local attractions. If I needed lodging in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. The staff was friendly and helpful with their recommendations for places to eat. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.

The room was absolutely filthy. No one had made up. The bed sheets had not been changed. There were stains all along the hallway floor, and the first floor was relatively dirty the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly. Usually atay at the Hampton but decided to mix it up this trip. We were not disappointed and it helped that we had a kitchenette this trip

Dirty and disappointing
Gentleman at the front desk was patronizing and disingenuous in his service. First room smelled like a dog and no apooogy for moving to new room. Second room was dirty and overall condition of this property was not at all what we have come to expect from Home2Suites. Very run down and disappointing. Attaching photos of the mattress pad I discovered in the morning after realizing my sheet had come loose on the corner of the bed. Also fingerprints all over the doors. Disgusting.

Its family and pet friendly. I traveled with 3 adults. 2 kids, and a puppy. Beds are not comfortable. There was a dip in the middle of the mattress. When you drive 6.5 hours coming from a resort in Florida with plush mattresses to this, its bound to give back problems. I wish the beds were a bit softer. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars beneath you. I like how spacious the rooms are. The full kitchen was nice. The bathroom is a bit small. Laundry is coined operated but we brought no cash. So I couldn't use it. They have an onsite mini market to buy snacks and essentials. Prices are a bit inflated. Staff is super friendly and nice which is a plus. Breakfast served 6am-10am. Check out time is 12pm. Which will allow us to keep our puppy here as we go to the space museum for a couple hours. Everything is in close proximity.

The fact that is has a large pond right out back that is loaded with fish is wonderful. the breakfast was excellent, and the noise levels were either silent, or very tolerable.
