« We came during a baseball tournament weekend and so the hotel was packed. We were given the wrong room at check in. We booked a double queen (we had 3 people) were given a room with 1 queen bed. Then when we went down to the deck they gave us a new room, went to it and there is still only one bed, but a king this time. Went back to the desk they said they had no other rooms for that night, but should for the next night. So we agreed to make do. (They compt us a breakfast.) returned to our room...

« Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean »

« It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner. »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« The stay started out good. The staff was great. When we got there I looked under sheet and it seemed fine. During the night we started itching. When we got up there was a big bed bug on the top of the cover. We told staff and they said they would handle it and shut the room down to treat. Left out of their paranoid, we have been lucky to never stay at a room with them until now. »

« It's unfortunate, because this location has the potential to be much better than it is. Honestly, my biggest complaint was just the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed head shoe prints on them. I told the person at the front desk and the manager personally came in and changed them for me. Whenever possible, I book a room with laminate flooring, because I find carpet in hotel rooms disgusting. I bring my own Swiffer mop with me and I used all four wet pads that I had with me on this floor. It was...
