« The stay started out good. The staff was great. When we got there I looked under sheet and it seemed fine. During the night we started itching. When we got up there was a big bed bug on the top of the cover. We told staff and they said they would handle it and shut the room down to treat. Left out of their paranoid, we have been lucky to never stay at a room with them until now. »

« It's unfortunate, because this location has the potential to be much better than it is. Honestly, my biggest complaint was just the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed head shoe prints on them. I told the person at the front desk and the manager personally came in and changed them for me. Whenever possible, I book a room with laminate flooring, because I find carpet in hotel rooms disgusting. « We was in town for Rock the country and we was there Friday and Saturday. We had no towels or wash clothes. My friends had two more rooms with also no towels or wash clothes. The price was much more than normal price which i didnt mind but having to go out and buy towels and wash clothes was not something I would have done with a stay price of the weekend being $650.00 »
