Welcome to our peaceful and elegant! As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a stunning landscape in front and a tranquil shallow plant pond in the back.

The property features two rooms with one bunk bed, one of which has three sleeping levels, as well as a room with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms in total - one Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared between 2 single rooms and a queen bedroom, and another bathroom that can be used by everyone in the house. This arrangement provides convenience for those staying in the bedrooms connected to the Jack and Jill bathroom, while also ensuring that there is an additional bathroom available for use by all residents of the house. Having two bathrooms in a house can make it easier to accommodate the needs of everyone living there, especially if the house has a larger number of occupants or guests.

Additionally, there's an office/library that includes a sofa bed and a cozy reading nook where you can relax and unwind.

The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including pots/pans, a coffee maker, a large fridge with an ice maker, a microwave, and an oven/air fry/stove combo.

For your entertainment, there's an LG smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium. You can enjoy your meals in the breakfast nook and take in the serene surroundings. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this home is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We're pleased to inform our guests that our property is equipped with central air conditioning. This means that you can enjoy a consistently comfortable and cool temperature throughout your stay, no matter the time of year. Our central air conditioning system also provides the added benefit of better air quality, helping to filter out pollutants and allergens for a more enjoyable and healthy stay. Whether you're visiting during the hot summer months or cooler winter season, you can relax and unwind in a perfectly climate-controlled environment.

Beach: The beautiful Huntington beach is just a 12-minute drive away. Enjoy the sun, sand, and surf at your convenience.

In-N-Out Burger/Costco/Bella Terra/HomeGoods: These popular spots are all within a 6-minute drive. Craving a delicious burger or need to stock up on groceries or want to go to a theatre? You won't have to travel far.

Target/Starbucks: For your shopping and caffeine fix, Target and Starbucks are only 3 minutes away by car. Grab your favorite items or enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee without going too far.

As for parking, there is one parking space available on the driveway for guests to use (on the right side next to the front yard)- the other parking is saved for other guests staying in the front house, and there is also plenty of parking available on the street. However, please be aware that there is street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, so it's important to move your car to avoid any city tickets. Please also be respectful of our neighbors by not parking in front of their houses, and please do not park inside the garage as it is currently in use.
