Our aim is to deliver brilliant guest experiences, therefore we apologies that your stay with us fell short of this goal and I have ensured comments have been forwarded to the relevant teams. Regarding to the security deposit, I can see you have used 29 towards your breakfast therefore 21 has been refunded back to your card at the time of departure. Normally refunds takes between 3-5 working days to reach your account. This depends how quick your bank process the refund. If they refund won't reach your account by next Friday, please do let us know and we will investigate it for you.Thank you again for your feedback.
