« Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. « Great hotel! The owner, Carol, very nice and helpful. Full of recommendations for the park. Basically a guide. She is wonderful, and the hotel is very nice, filled with great people. Just for Carol I would recommend. But overall, great hotel. »

« Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. "Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Avatar Mountains and the national park. Service from the airport and to all attractions, whenever you want. Rain was very helpful and professional. Spoke very good english and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the best way to enjoy your trip to that region. The facilities and resort are clean and very unique. 100% would recommend. Thank you !!"
