« Wow this place is wonderful! In a beautiful area of the Catskills (we *love* the Catskills!). It was quiet, very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. The cabin restoration is awesome. Very cozy, fully appointed, comfortable beds. Christine is a fantastic host. Very friendly, quick communication, lots of great recommendations for things to see and places to eat (the Arnold House was our #1). This is the perfect base from which to explore the Catskills. « Me and my family had the most amazing time in this home. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway book this place. We enjoyed the campfire (hosts started it for us), boardgames, sledding right in the back. We will book again it was perfect! »

« Place was well stocked and furnished. Host was very responsive. We got snowed in, but when we told the host we wanted to leave for skiing at 7:30am they accommodated and had everything clear. Cannot recommend them enough. »

« Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. »

« Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...

« Pet friendly and kids friendly. We were a geoup of 4, 2 couples in our mid 50's. The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was wonderful, always available to answer any questions. The location of the home was nice and quite. Nice neighbor hood. Also, close to local places to shop and eat. We will be back for surw in the fall. »
