« This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

« Everything about our stay was perfect! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, and the communication was excellent throughout. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The picture really don’t do it justice. The location was also highlight.
