« There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. « The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the...

« We were a bit disappointed with the accommodations…but it was an okay place to stay for one night, was overpriced as we were able to find nicer cleaner accommodations a little bit north of this location at a better price. I don’t regret staying here but will not book again. »

« This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful. »

« We had a great vacation staying at this house. TVs in every room that was great the pool was wonderful. This house is very comfortable to stay at I would definitely stay there again. »

« Loved the property only a few things that we didn't like main thing who ever cleaned it didn't do a really good job in the master bedroom we found broken glass under the bed, second we weren't made aware of a man in a white unmarked work truck coming to mow the yard while I was trying to get my boys to sleep, and lastly is mostly a preference thing but the king bed it's really hard and could be alot better other than that 100% would come back »

« The home was better than expected. We had 4 adults and a 23 month old toddler. It was perfect for our stay. The owners were very responsive and went over and above to fill our requests and ensure we had a good time. The only negative was the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as I hoped. We cook a lot at home rather than eat out. We purchased and left for the a large pot for cooking pasta and a cheese grater. You may want to bring a large fry pan for making eggs and bacon.
