Breakfast is good- front deak staff are proactive and helpful. only issues I have is when we got to our room, there were some dried blood stain in the sheets and blanket.

Staff are very friendly, great breakfast, rooms are clean but smaller than I thought. Furniture needs to get upgraded. Hotel locates at the great area! Very convenient to find nice restaurants. Thank you!

My first time staying at this property and will definitely stay here again. I was greeted by a friendly Front Desk Agent who was able to check me in two hours earlier than the standard check in time. I had a standard king room with kitchenette, which was definitely very nice and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the room that I had. Though I only used the refrigerator the kitchenette was nice to have and came with all necessary items supplied. Also, the free breakfast was absolutely excellent. Definitely the hot food was the best I’ve in a long time at a hotel like this. The location is good as well as it’s located next to a freeway but wasn’t noisy. My only minor complaint was that I saw several cars parked in the handicapped parking with no tags and my 2nd night I had to park rather far from the entrance but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great property with a great price and you can’t go wrong with staying here..

Poorly maintained with carpet missing pieces, holes in walls, dirty splaters all over, water damaged, pulled out couch that had food all in it, springs popping out of bed, stains all over bed, very noisey between unit with no proper noise barrier, chair was very dirty with stains and cigarette burns, very dirty on walls and appliances, table in rooms and living room not properly cleaned (Chunky resedue) couch had stains all over it, room smelt of stale smell, someone was smoking cannabis in next door unit all week, tried calling down to front desk late at nights with no answer, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, outside of building in great condition, pool was closed for maintenance, and very difficult for parking in late evenings.

Access card reader on my door stopped working and manager did not have repaired during my two day stay. Had to have front desk staff open my room door every time for duration of my stay. which required me to wait over 30 minutes multiple times per day upon returning to hotel until attendant finished checking in long lines of guests. TV did not work. Would not comp my room for the horrible hassle I was put through. Terrible management.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, even your neighbor snoring or flushing the toilet. Our fridge did not work but the freezer would freeze things after a while. The faucet was broken and mostly would only produce hot water. It was either hot water or boiling hot. The hallways were a little beat up.

I felt racially profiled from the original lady that bro he out the breakfast I paid to enjoy my stay like everyone else .. but outside of that I enjoyed my stay all the front desk staff was helpful and kind professional house keeping was fast and they where also professional.
