Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons apprécié la localisation, la chambres, le service, ... Nous avons eu un soucis avec notre chambre quelques minutes après l'arrivée et le réceptionniste n'a pas hésité à nous changer de chambre et même nous proposer une meilleure chambre encore ! Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus et là aussi nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les options de restaurations dans l'hôtel sont vraiment bonnes et pratiques.

I did like that we could walk to most places. the Galleria Mall was not far. checking out was bumpy. They charged me for parking and i didn't have a car. so that was confusing but someone did refund me the money. pool was on the small side. Restaurant inside hotel was great!

Beautiful property, elegant rooms, great dining options. My only complaint is that the TVs in the room are awfully small, especially considering how far back from the TV the beds are. Also, the pool is adequate but the gym felt like a total afterthought. Would be nice to see the amenities picked up a little more.
