Sleeping is a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and a Queen with a twin trundle in the third, all with quality linens. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The kitchen has a granite island, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cooking basics. The living area has a vaulted ceiling with an exposed beam, a stone fireplace and a smart TV.

The standout is outside: a flagstone patio under a full-length covered pergola strung with lights, with a hammock, cushioned lounge seating, a gas grill and a charcoal smoker, set in a fenced backyard shaded by tall pines. Also included are a full-size washer and dryer, fast WiFi, a desk and printer, central heating and cooling, driveway parking for up to four vehicles, and smart-lock self check-in.

Location is the highlight. Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital is about 2 miles away and Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center about 4 miles.
