SEABROOK TEXAS-New Listing! Pelican's Landing is a beautiful, updated, waterfront home near the famous Kemah Boardwalk! Pelican's Landing is the perfect retreat for families to gather, adventure, relax and take in all the fun activities the area has to offer.
Located only a couple of miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, where you'll have access to fabulous waterfront restaurants, amusements, charming retail stores, festivals, and seaside shows. Search "Kemah Boardwalk" for their events schedule, including fireworks! Enjoy a fabulous view from the deck.
Sit on either of the large decks and enjoy drinks and good conversation with family and friends, watching the large pelican acrobatics, over the water. Lounge downstairs and soak up some sun while being refreshed by the ocean breeze.
The changing colors of the sky, as the day begins and ends, is priceless...
Enjoy cooking in the large, fully equipped kitchen. The full-size washer and dryer, just off the kitchen, will come in handy after your outdoor adventures!
We highly recommend visiting NASA, while in the area!
*Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. We are happy to offer our guests early check-in with prior approval, for an additional fee, in our off season only. Unfortunately, late check-out requests cannot be granted, as our teams work on very tight schedules. Check in instructions, including door codes, will be provided to guests prior to the arrival date.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Upon selection/approval of this property, note that basic additional terms & conditions will apply. You will expect to receive our Porter additional terms & conditions via email, which will be enabled for you to thoroughly view and sign digitally. This is not considered an executed document until you view and complete these terms & conditions. We appreciate your understanding of this needed task and we are thrilled for your stay!
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
