Welcome to our StayCozy Pool House! This charming home, renovated a few years ago, offers a perfect blend of classic charm and modern amenities.

**Interior Features:**
- **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The house boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom features two queen-sized beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV.
- **Kitchen & Dining:** Our fully equipped kitchen includes a Breville toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, Fellow Aiden Drip coffee machine, KitchenAid oven, and microwave. The dining area features a stunning 12-seat RH dining table, perfect for family gatherings during your stay.
- **Living Area:** Relax in the stylish living room furnished with a CB2 sofa, a West Elm burl coffee table, and a luxurious Chris Loves Julia x Loloi area rug.

**Outdoor Amenities:**
- **Pool & Seating:** Enjoy our new pool, built in 2022, and the comfortable outdoor seating area, which includes a six-seat dining table and an outdoor sofa.
- **Grill:** Griddle Grill is provided. Please do a basic clean after each use.

*** If you see some new furniture added, please read this: We spent a lot of time setting up this house. Some of the furniture did not arrive on time, so we used temporary furniture when we took the professional pictures. We will update the professional pictures in the future.

After Hurricane Berly('24), we replaced the fence between our neighbor’s property and the street side. The color of these two sides of the fence will not be black anymore.

* No loud music outdoor by the pool
* No food or drinks by the pool; use the deck dining area
* Quiet hours 10pm-7am (very important)
* We recommend not to wear shoes in the house
* DO NOT lock backyard gate from inside if you are not there. Maintenance people come regularly.
* Self Check-in is anytime after 4pm or inquire host for early check-in availability
* No other visitors allowed unless cleared ahead by hosts
* No glitters and confetti in the house
* Parking limited to 5 cars
* DO NOT eat or drink on the CB2 sofa and rug in the living room or bedroom area. Any spills that cannot be cleaned will result in a fee minimum $5,000.



**Refundable Deposit: A minimum of $1,000 (the amount may vary based on the number of guests). The deposit will be charged through the Airbnb resolution center before check-in and refunded within 72 hours after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or missing items.


**For EVENT and Commercial Photography bookings: Please message us BEFORE making a reservation. Pricing and specific rules will be provided after you inquire. We Do Not allow large crowds for events.


* Check-out is 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out after 11am may be arranged by hosts no later than 9pm the day before your departure for US$200 until 1pm, and thereafter for US$400 until 3pm.

$5000 smoking fee if smoking is detected
$5000 party fee if a party is detected

***There are four Smart Floodlight cameras (one at each corner of the house) and a Ring camera facing the pool area. They record video and audio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do not cover the cameras. If we notice, we will ask Airbnb to cancel your stay without a refund.
