Welcome to your spacious Houston getaway in the heart of Montrose! With approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, a private pool, fenced backyard, garage, and flexible sleeping areas for large groups, this home gives you plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy Houston together.

You’ll be just a short walk from Buffalo Bayou Park and minutes from Downtown Houston, Midtown, the Museum District, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, restaurants, nightlife, and many of the city’s most popular attractions.

Spread out across a spacious two-story home designed for families and groups traveling together. Enjoy comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to settle in for a weekend or extended stay.

Important Layout Information:

This is a large, older Houston home with a unique interconnected layout, so several sleeping areas are not traditional private bedrooms.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected and separated by a curtain and dresser. Upstairs, some rooms are accessed by passing through other sleeping areas.
Bedroom 3 functions as both a game/sleeping room and passageway, while the loft sleeping area is not fully enclosed.
We want you to understand the layout before booking so you can determine whether it works well for your group. It can be especially convenient for families, children, close friends, and groups that prioritize staying together over having eight completely independent bedrooms.

Guest access & layout
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and backyard. The layout is ideal for multi-family trips or business teams: 8 bedrooms ensure privacy, while shared spaces encourage connection. Quiet corners and large communal areas create the right balance for group stays.

We are super motivated to make sure you have a great experience and keep my 5-star rating. I`m a regular individual not a big company. I only have vacation houses.

✔ Ring cameras are outside & noise-aware sensors are inside and out back.
✔ Your registered guest count includes all visitors and overnight guests. With accurate information, your quote includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases after booking, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty per person per night for unauthorized guests.
✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $30/night for 1st pet and $20/night for each additional pet.
✔ Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. (depending on the platform).
✔ Guests below 25 years old may require approval and additional $500 security deposit.
✔ Welcome call and Signed rental agreement with ID are required. Rules are enforced including no parties, quiet hours, no smoking inside the house, and no illegal activities.

NOTE: We have Professional pool service twice a week Tuesday & Friday and Yard service once a week. The schedule may vary without notice. If chemicals are added, guests may need to pause swimming temporarily. Leaves or debris may still blow in after cleaning, so a skimmer is available for guest use. This does not affect the pool`s usability.
These are the 5 important points from our rental agreement.

1) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly not allowed, and quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.

2) Guest count includes visitors and overnight guests. With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply.
NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest.

3) There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside the house. We have Smoking outpost outside where guests can smoke.

4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.

5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required. Rules are enforced including no smoking inside and no illegal activities.
