CHECK IN & CHECK OUT INFO:

Early check-in is $35 dollars 1 hour before regular check-in. Any hour earlier will be an additional $10. Please let us know if you want to check in before so we can update our cleaning staff.

Late check-out is $35 dollars 1 hour after regular check-out. Any hour after is an additional $10.

PET POLICY:

Pets ARE allowed depending on size. Please let us know before check-in and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation, all pet fees must be processed before check-in.
- Pet fee has to be paid prior to checking in.
- Pet fee is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed on ANY furniture. This includes the following:
-Sofa
-Bed

If excessive hair due to shedding is found on the furniture, there will be an additional cleaning charge of $250.

The following additional Pet Fee applies :

1-4 Nights: 25$ Per Day Per Pet
5-29 Nights: 250$
30+ Nights: 300$

You might incur a pet fee for one night. We may need to add an extra pet fee, and you can find detailed information about the pet fees in the listing description.

If Smoking evidence is found, such as tobacco or marijuana, or an odor you will be charged $500. This cost will cover Ozone Treatment and other Smell remediation treatments necessary.

Please understand that this is an older apartment community and just like every professionally managed property. This could mean the property may result in regular maintenance checks, such as short-term water outages if there are reported leaks. The property has maintenance staff on the property at all times for emergencies. Please let me know if you face any issues. however, this is unlikely to happen.

Texas is home to many bugs and creatures, especially during summer, that may enter homes, such as roaches, flies, or ants. Finding a few of these critters in your home does not necessarily mean there is an infestation, as they are likely just seeking shelter from extreme temperatures. We do consistent pest control every 2 weeks for preventative measures.

*** As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection. ***

- In case physical remote is not available/not working, you have to download a Universal Remote app (Roku, Vizio etc.) thru the App Store or Play Store.

*** The HVAC filter location is off-limits to all guests. This is as per complex management. Please DO NOT OPEN.
