The Space:

The spacious living room serves as the heart of the house, featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a layout perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Houston. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and blender. Sleeping arrangements include three private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and room darkening shades to ensure a restful night. You will find two full bathrooms and one convenient half bathroom to accommodate your group. The exterior space is a true highlight, featuring a private backyard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill for pleasant Texas evenings. Additional amenities include a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, and a laptop friendly workspace. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and clothing storage. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and clothing storage. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and clothing storage. The home is suitable for children and infants, and pets are welcome to join your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have full and private access to the entire three bedroom house. This includes the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and all three bedrooms. You are welcome to use the dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as the laptop friendly workspace. Outside, you have exclusive use of the private backyard, which is furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill for your enjoyment. Parking is also provided for your convenience throughout your stay.

Getting around Houston is a breeze from our Midtown location. We provide free parking on site, making it easy to bring your own vehicle and explore the city at your own pace. If you prefer public transportation, the METRORail Red Line has stops nearby that connect you directly to the downtown area, the Museum District, and the medical center. For air travelers, George Bush Intercontinental Airport is typically a forty minute drive away, while William P. Hobby Airport can be reached in approximately twenty five minutes depending on traffic conditions. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available and highly reliable in this part of the city.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is by 11:00. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. We are happy to welcome your pets at $25 per day during your visit. Please note that events and parties are not permitted on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in great condition for all future guests.
