This studio resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 vehicle inside the garage. Street parking is allowed. Garage is 6.5' H by 7' W.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property inside the garage. You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. NO parking on driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Garage is 6.5' H by 7' W.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there is only 1 actual bed. The other “beds” are a high-quality queen-size air mattress and a futon-style twin-size sofa bed.

• Garage is 6.5' H by 7' W.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
