« J’ai apprécié l’hôtel dans la banlieue de Houston est récent, propre et agréablement meublé. Parfait pour les visiteurs en transit!Le personnel à l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus accueillant , mais sinon je recommande. »

« It was surprising to return back to our room that Friday evening, and find our room still cleaned and dirty towels still on the floor. I guess in the very fine print it states that they don’t clean the rooms daily. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and polite, some areas for improvement, but because they were so nice we could disregard the other things that were a little discombobulated. »

« Great location and easy to get to. Good proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Two nitpicks: 1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available. 2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable. »
