This hotel is definitely my place where to stay close to the airport in Houston. It’s a good comfy hotel with everything necessary. It’s very convenient. And the staff is friendly. I just had an issue with my booking… for some mysterious reasons my reservation couldn’t be found while I had received confirmation and already paid for the room…

Horrible experience, after my family check in, we when to the room and the cleanliness of the room was horrible, we stay for 3 nights and the first day off our stay the cleaning crew made one bed but not the other , so we thought maybe because we left some of our stuff in top of the bed maybe thats why they didn't made the bed but the next day we make sure we took everything off the bed, so the cleaning crew will made both of the bed, but for our suprice when we returned to the room that night, the room was the same way we left it.

The staff of this property are extremely helpful and welcoming, we had a few issues come up with travel and they went above and beyond. The room was dated and as expected and the breakfast was really bad. Overall for the price it was an average stay, but again the staff are amazing!

We arrived at the airport at 1AM, I was told by the front desk that the shuttle would pick us up in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes as she kept telling us the driver was on the way. Without any apologies from her and she didn't greet us properly. The hallway smells bad as well as the room. The bed sheets were old and it made me feel itchy. I didn't get any sleep that night.

Before making the reservation, I called to ask about the shuttle bus to the airport. I was told they run every 30 minutes, and just let them know when you check in what time you’ll need the shuttle. We called on the way to the hotel to let them know we would need a shuttle at 6:00 am, we were told the shuttle was booked for 5:30 am- noon! 😳. As she was quickly rattling off the times the shuttle was booked we were a bit frustrated and confused because this was a no refund reservation so we were trying to figure out why we weren’t told about making the shuttle reservations when we booked the front desk lady just hung up on us. No “gotta go”, nothing, just hung up! 😳 rude. No thanks La Quinta you won’t get my biz ever again.

For the price and convenience ok. Breakfasts was terrible 0 star. Cleanness was ok not much to say is a Hotel.
