Thank you for your feedback, if you needed the shuttle in-between 10 PM and 5 AM our shuttle isn't operating at that time.

We liked the location for the airport, because we had an early flight, however our sleep was rudely interrupted at 12:30 am when we received 4 calls from the front desk because they had apparently put us in the wrong room?? eventually we had to go downstairs and resign a paper so they would stop calling. It was very unprofessional. I also would like to add that the rooms were very humid and the shower grout was not as clean as I would have liked, but those are things we could have overlooked had it been a peaceful stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. Very close to airport and therefore convenient. Hotel has a shuttle that goes to airport every 30 minutes so this was a plus. Room was big and clean with everything we needed. Def recommend. Second time staying there.

I liked the front desk staff. They were all attentive and courteous. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The pricing could be moderated if your not eating the buffet.

ホテルはきれいで、ベッドバグみたいなものへの対策もなされているベッドマットレスでした。 1点注意なのは、私が利用した2024年5月現在、ホテルと空港の送迎サービスは午前5時から午後10時までです。なので、遅い時間に到着した場合、ホテルにはタクシーかUberを使うなどして自力で移動しないといけません。 Uberでは2024年5月に利用したときは約40USDかかりました。送迎などを重視する人は気をつけたほうがいいです。

This holiday inn was so comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent and the a/c worked beautifully! Shuttle service to the airport was so often and so fast.

Knob on the bathroom shower wasn’t working correctly. Cable/internet wasn’t working. Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. Instead I had to pay for it.

Had a one night layover and it was perfect. Called the shuttle and it came within 20 mins, the place was very new and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the dinner and breakfast buffet were good. Next time i layover in Houston I'll stay again.

The staff were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The property definitely needs updating. Pool and hot tub are in need of attention. Breakfast is nothing special and they charge $12.95 pp…should be included in the price of the room for what they offer. Hotel restaurant is decent.

I would have been nice to know that the airport shuttle does not operate after 10 PM. Not fun after a 14h flight to wait for a shuttle for 45min until someone tells you that the will not be any shuttle for Holyday Inn anymore

Saddik the receptionist was excellent this morning, very attentive and personality was great. The evening I arrived i requested for a room in the top floor after waiting for 15 minute she put me on a second with windows so dirty that i could see anything. I ask to be transferred the next day and she the receptionist ignore my request. We ate at rhe restaurant was great and service was good also.
