Please note that we have a courtesy half-hour grace period for check-in and check-out. Check-in begins at 4:30 pm and check-out ends at 10:30 am.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $500 pet cleaning deposit fee.

There is a motion detector on the interior of the unit, THIS IS NOT A CAMERA, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on.
There is a fire extinguisher, bug spray, and an extra water jug under the kitchen sink.
There is a first aid kit under the bathroom sink.
