We love pets but kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you’re bringing one. Please disclose your pet’s breed for approval. Pets should not be allowed on furniture and should stay in a kennel when left unattended. There is an extra $500 cleaning fee if this rule is not followed.
Please leash your pet when walking them out of the unit, clean up after your pets, and they should always be accompanied by you.

Thermostat: For energy efficiency and comfort, please keep the thermostat between 70-75°F.
Failure to maintain this range may result in a $50 penalty.
