Upon arrival it took 40 minutes to check in.
The remote control for the TV did not work.
Wed morning after having breakfast the key would not open the door. Went to desk
The desk made new keys twice which did not work
the desk staff had to come up and change the battery on the door lock which wasted 45 minutes of our time. There is cigarette burns in the closet floor. Carpet in the room needs cleaning.
The nightstand drawers are glued shot
the doorstop in the back of bathroom door has lose screws it has sharp edges which cut the back of my leg.
The Sink is lose faucet has no water pressure neither does the shower
Elevator light is not working for 3rd floor
Mattress next to window has no support it sinks in the center.
The pool is full of algae and water was green.
The lobby chairs are full of stains and in terrible shape
