• House Rules: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, no events are permitted in the Casita.

This listing is for the Casita to the right of the house. The backyard deck is fenced and accessible to the Casita. The fenced area makes it a private outside area for Casita guests.
The main house is also a short term rental for guests.
No Events are allowed at the property.
Car parking is on the street. The Driveway parking is shared with the main house. If you park on the driveway, coordinate with the house guests to avoid misunderstandings and blocking each other. We cannot help move vehicles.
Guest access
The entire Guest house is for you. You have shared access to your side of the private fenced deck and backyard. The front yard is for the Main house. Casita (guesthouse) Parking is on the street or shared driveway
Other things to note
We do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can. We just ask to please take care of your home away from home like you would want yours to be taken care of. If you bring your pet, please make sure to pick up after them as a courtesy for the next arriving guests, as this will help us keep allowing pets. This will help us keep making your home away from home stay in great condition for many years to come. We love to have our guests come back as much as they can, so please ask for a repeat customer discount.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $120 pet fee. Pre-approval is required for all pets. Please follow our dog policy, pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outside container/dumpster, and note that you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $300 fee. Please obtain prior approval for late check-out.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. A violation fine of $250-$500 will be added to the cleaning fee for smoking.
Parking: Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is available at the back of the house.
