Initially, we were sent to the room without a fridge and with broken TV. On my request, we were provided with another room with TV and a fridge, but without shampoo for shower. The second key for the room did not work, and a staff on the front desk could not fix it. Only the next shift staff fixed it easily. Breakfast: eggs and sausages were not heated enough (almost cold), no yogourts, not enough coffee. No multigrain bread. Positive: clean, quiet, spacey.,

Building needs more TLC had a leak in my room from the ceiling and the jet tub did not function properly, jets did not work and water would continuously drain from the tub.

There was a broken window in the parking lot , made me a little nervous. Our shower dripped the whole time and there was a nasty water spot in the room as well ( 217 ) . Outside looked old and slightly run down , inside was rather decent . Would like a nicer hotel honestly wouldn't stay again .

I had a random stranger tap on my window and ask if I was selling. Nope!! The receptionist is behind thick bulletproof glass. Double nope!!

The jetted tub in the room completed my stay. The breakfast was moderately ok. There needs to be a table phone in the room though.

Worst experience ever. As soon as we settled into our room, we sat on the bed and the HEADBOARD FELL. Not only did headboard come away from the wall, but the bracket to the headboard was broken as well. Seemed as if it was a poor attempt to swiftly place it together “for the next persons problem”. Was comical initially, but for the price of the room I truly expected more. Incredibly noisy!! We know this may not be the hotels fault, just adding this detail in case you’re booking for a quiet getaway like we did. We could hear the rooms on both sides of us and above! Every. Single. Footstep. We heard all of the water/toilet flushes from the surrounding rooms. It sounded as if the guests were dragging furniture against the walls! Our key to the room stopped working, we had to go to the front on 3 separate occasions to get this fixed. And yes, we kept our key card away from any other magnets and our cell phones. Heater in the room DID NOT work. We spoke to front desk about this issue specifically, and they assured that “it needed time to kick in and warm up”. We tried ”letting it kick in” for exactly 22 minutes but running the air made the room much more colder than warming it up, so we ended up going to buy an electric blanket from target. Front desk was NOT interested in helping whatsoever, seemed very annoyed to help accommodate our heater/card issues at their own establishment. Will not book again unless it’s absolutely my last option, but even reconsidering that to never.

Death trap!
So I stayed in the handicap accessible room for three days… Here’s the problem with that … it wasn’t handicap accessible. The bed and shower chair were not leveled to be able to make a safe transfer, I had to risk falling by using my feet to push off to get on to the chair, into the bed. I had to shower in my wheelchair, and be in public with a soaking wet cushion and water dripping, no one did anything when I brought this up, I couldn’t even be relocated and I was in between TWO hotels! I had to pay for a new reservation after hotels.com did nothing! I didn’t even get my $150 one key credit! Overall, terrible experience!
