overall experience was frustrating and disappointingâespecially for the price (over 5,000). Before we even settled in, the downstairs guest bathroom was out of order. The owner acknowledged it and said it would be fixed quickly, but it turned into a full-day project. There was loud drilling, and a random worker was in and out of the house, leaving doors and gates wide openâcompletely ignoring the fact that I had dogs there caused them a lot of stress and constant barking. Next, the outdoor grill was broken. owner said it would be fixed, but another random person showed up with his wife and kid, barely touched the grill, grabbed a beer from our cooler, and hung out like they were invited. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable.The pool situation was just as disappointing. We were told the pool cleaner would come between 7â9am, which we were fine with. But instead, he arrived at 6pm, right in the middle of our family pool time, and told everyone to get out. He said the pool wasnât safe to swim in immediately after cleaning. It completely ruined the evening. no hot water- little things like missing batteries in the remotes. The owner did respond and ordered batteries, but it still added to the list of inconveniences. I was even charged an additional 225 for early check-inâwhich I paidâbut it was refunded after all the chaos began. Overall, Iâm really sad this was how our vacation went.
