Hotel very close to Houston downtown, which is very convenient. Free parking, reception opened 24/24h. Spacious room with fridge, TV and free Wifi. Area rather quiet. Breakfast included but food choice very limited. Friendly staff. The whole room looks quite old with a crooked cupboard. The bathroom is tiny. Cleanliness was ok but far from the best I've ever seen! The TV remote was all greasy for example... I'd say that this hotel is ok.

The rooms were wonderful and owners were nice, BUT-but the property had an old sink, a suitcase, trash, and old, left over construction material under the stairwell and around the stairwell. It was pretty disgusting.

We stayed at America Best Value Inn 2419 Riverside Dr., Houston, TX. Our room was very clean. Fresh towels were provided every day. That doesn't happen very often since covid arrived. The best part was that the entire staff was very kind and helpful. We were there to attend appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center. It was great to be surrounded by such caring people at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed.

I couldn’t cancel reservation, I had to stay one night or lose one day deposit. When I was given room key, that room was already occupied. I had to go back to the office and get another room.

I think that the owner is Indian, and he has his relatives working here--they are not happy, friendly, or helpful. Room was clean and rather new, so that was adequate. I will not return.

I liked my stay, the room was clean and the price was good. But the breakfast was disappointing and there was a lot of noise due to renovations in another room.

This place is under renovation which we didn't know before getting there. The staff was courteous but had no other rooms etc. The manager or owner came out the following morning after hearing from staff about our stay and complaints. All in all horrible stay but nice new owners.
