« Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. »

« Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. »
