« Clean hotel, not too far from the airport. But the staff did not speak any English, so we had to use Google translate on both sides to communicate. The front desk crew was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed even as they were issuing our room keys. Wouldn’t stay here again based off our interaction with them. »

« The staff does not speak any English. The bathrooms are in poor condition mold buildup around sink. Cigarette smell throughout. Old rugs. The place is a dump or at least the section they walked me two which was another building separate from where u check in. That's an experience I never want to have again. »

« excellent hotel avec un très bon accueil : le personnel est souriant, avenant, à l'écoute du client et parle anglais. L'hotel est très bien situé par rapport au métro : juste en bas de l'hotel! Et le soir, on peut manger juste à côté : différents restaurants dans un centre commercial ou il y a un magasin Carrefour. Hotel très propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien servi dans une salle très agréable. »

« Terrible conditions: curtain is broken, window plopped up with a bottle , no shower stall, shower water pour over the toilet. Smell heavily smoking! We couldn’t find front desk, it was a closed door room. You need to call the # posted at the door, which cost you an international call fee bcuz you don’t have local phone. I booked 2 beds, manager gave me one bed, when I showed him my reservation, he had someone else kicked out so we could have their 2 beds room. »

« Gracie Art Hotel was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my short visit to Beijing. It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend! »
