« Excelente estancia. »

« Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. « I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

« From desk manager of Tim is very helpful for addressing my issue. »

« staff are friendly. Clean and good for the price. Many restaurants around. »
