« This hotel is excellent if you need a comfortable place to rest before a flight. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was quiet and relaxing. However, we had one major disappointment — the pool was closed during our stay, and we were not informed in advance. We only found out after getting fully ready and heading downstairs, which was a complete waste of time. A heads-up at check-in would have made all the difference. « Première expérience de ce genre et j'étais plutôt septique mais j'ai bien dormi. Situé dans le terminal 2 de l'aéroport donc pas besoin de transport. Seul point négatif, pas de douche et pour les toilettes, il faut aller utiliser celles de l'aéroport. »

« The room was great. People at the desk spoke good English and were helpful with inquiries we had. Breakfast was delicious, lots of various choices.
Very convenient for a night at the airport, easy to find, check out was at 2pm and they providd us with priority security check pass, to skip the queue. »

« I arrived very early due to my layover flight time. I think the front desk only operates during “normal” business hours. My ride share driver was nice enough to find the desk staff and the staff were very nice and let me in and turned on the heat. The room was fantastic as was the bed and linens. « Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I had a late flight, arriving after midnight and they were very helpful.
