« Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I had a late flight, arriving after midnight and they were very helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. More protein than a hotel usually has, lots of fruit, salad, stir fry, and decent coffee. »

« The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. »

« Quiet and spacious hotel with plenty of facilities to keep the family occupied. Service from the staff was great as well. Will definitely return to this hotel for future stays in Chengdu! »

« We stayed in the hotel in March 2026 and the staff are super friendly walked their way out to help us; from the General manager Zhang to the front desk staffs Ms Han, Ms. Li, the shuttle drivers, they helped us every way possible when we asked and sometimes even when not asked; if we could rate them any higher we would have no hesitation as we are so thankful for this stay even if it was short.
