« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofis. As soon as you arrive the staff are there to greet you and make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The amenities such as the washing machines and dryers was really helpful especially if you're on a long trip. »

« If you need a place to stay close to the airport, this is enough. The hotel was a little different than I expected. It was a “hotel complex” - it felt more like a residential area as it had many buildings and the entire area is part of the hotel. It’s simply personal preference and this wasn’t it for me. Otherwise, it’s adequate for early flights from Tianfu International Airport. »

« We stayed in the hotel in March 2026 and the staff are super friendly walked their way out to help us; from the General manager Zhang to the front desk staffs Ms Han, Ms. Li, the shuttle drivers, they helped us every way possible when we asked and sometimes even when not asked; if we could rate them any higher we would have no hesitation as we are so thankful for this stay even if it was short. « Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I had a late flight, arriving after midnight and they were very helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. More protein than a hotel usually has, lots of fruit, salad, stir fry, and decent coffee. »

« The soundproofing of my room was extremely terrible that literally could hear ppl coughing and vomiting at late night. Their staff was trying to offer a breakfast and fruit when I requested to change a room or cancel my reservation instead of resolving the root cause. Excuse me WTH it’s not a motel »
