« We had a great week at Caribbean Sandcastle! Our party consisted of 4 adults & 3 kids (aged 9, 11, 13). We flew into Governor's Harbor which was just minutes from the house, picked up our rental vehicle, and the property manager kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage on the porch since we couldn't check in early. The proximity of the house to the road was a non-issue for us. There is a small house next door, but we still felt like we had the beach to ourselves. And what a wonderful beach!...

« Everything seems new in this cozy home. The view out over Receiver (Cocodimama) Beach is endlessly breathtaking! Kitchen supplies are adequate. The beds are comfortable. Could use an end table or two or a coffee table. Could really use a reading lamp, BUT Great place to stay!! Highly recommend! »

« My family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in late March. The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. There are many chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear, and even some floaties available for use. The view is amazing, I could never tire of the view. The beach is a short walk down a couple flights of wooden stairs. The sand is fine, soft, white with pink mixed in. You can walk for miles and miles in either direction. We will be back! »

« This is a very nice house in a good location. While it is not waterfront there is a good view of the Atlantic from the front porch and easy access to central Eleuthera - Governors Harbor, James Cistern, and many beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The house itself is spacious, modern and well-maintained. Large double doors on the front of the house provided cooling breezes both day and night. The owner was very responsive to our very few needs. »

« Had a wonderful week on the island and the stay at the owls roost made it that much better. The house was great. Such a beautiful piece of property and well described. The house is well stocked to truly have a relaxing vacation.
