Enjoy a truly unique stay on the grounds of Sam's Pizza Pub, a local favorite since 1980. Guests may swim or fish from the dock. NoDouble offers you and your family a truly special local experience. Upon entering the chalet, you will immediately notice the care that has been put into the details of the Boho-Modern decor. Equestrian-themed art from local artists and well- chosen literature make this Hot Springs-Centric space an ideal location from which to venture forth on your Hot Springs Adventure.
NoDouble is nestled on the banks of Lake Hamilton beside the only waterfront Pizza Pub in Hot Springs. There are 3 piers on the property you may use for fishing and swimming. Those who reach out to rent a boat for the day from one of the local companies nearby may dock their boat at the restaurant and cottage.
Grab some lunch or dinner from Sam's Pizza Pub. Guests can have their food and libations delivered to their boat, (if they rent one), or to their own private back deck that overlooks the cove. Enjoy a fireside cocktail and the best pizza in town while watching the sunset over Lake Hamilton. On a cool morning you can relax with a hot soak in the hot tub while watching the fishermen go out for their daily catch.
On the weekends you get a front row seat to live music at Sam's. There is music every Friday and Saturday night as well as for Sunday brunch. The music ends at 9 PM.
This cozy cottage has been completely remodeled with an open concept kitchen and modern design. Both bedrooms have king beds with high-end memory foam mattresses and quality linens. They also have their own personal ensuites. The living room couch folds out to be a comfortable queen bed. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast and every room has a high definition flatscreen TVs with Roku.
The cottage is well equipped with all of the essentials for a memorable getaway. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal. We even provide a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and air fryer. There is a coffee station with coffee provided. Savor your meal at the island bar, outside on the private patio overlooking Lake Hamilton, or hop over next door and let Sam's do the cooking. We provide a cocktail station for mixing exquisite drinks. This touch is a homage to Hot Springs nefarious mobster history during prohibition.
There is a Tesla charger with an adapter that accommodates most electric vehicles, (Ask inside Sam's for use of the adapter). The property is limited to 2 onsite vehicles with additional parking a few blocks away, (Ask the restaurant or the host for directions if needed). The property will not accommodate boat and/or trailer parking.
We make sure our hot tub is clean for every guest. Please shower before use and make sure to read all of our hot tub rules, so we can keep everyone safe and clean. Thank you so much!
In addition to the spa, the outdoor patio has ample seating, there is a private nook with a hammock and water feature, a small electric grill, and a firepit.
This property is VERY close to everything Hot Springs has to offer, (Read our "Getting Around" section for exact mileage).

The property was the first commercial property on Lake Hamilton that had boat rentals and fishing docks in the 1930s. In 1981 the Montgomery family purchased the property and opened Sam's Pizza. It is accessible by car or boat, and it has been a local favorite for lakeside dining ever since.
Burchwood Bay road is a peaceful and historic lake community. Because Burchwood Bay road also connects Central Avenue to Lakeshore drive, it is an ideal location and is close to everything of interest in Hot Springs.

The chalet has two onsite parking spaces and a Yale keyless entry lock. You will receive the code and check-in instructions prior to arrival.
There is a well-sized fire pit with many chairs. If you would like to have a fire, you are responsible for purchasing your own firewood and kindling prior to arrival. They sell bundles at Kroger, Walmart, and Harps Grocery which are all less than five minutes away.
The house itself and deck are on a single level and there are no stairs to access it. However, accessing the hot tub, hammock, and Sam's Outdoor areas and docks require stairs and may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
