The property is equipped with an electronic keypad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via Vrbo messaging or text message the morning of your check-in date.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas Hill Country. We are 15 minutes away from Marble Falls, about an hour from Austin, 3 hours from Houston, and 3.5 hours from Dallas. Lake LBJ is certainly a highlight, but donāt forget the hill country vineyards, as well as Fredericksburg, are only a short drive away. The golf course is located within 2 miles. You will have no problems finding things to do in this wonderful centralized location!! There is so much to see in the beautiful hill country!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* No smoking inside of the home. Outdoor smoking permitted. Butts are to be disposed of in the butt can provided. Any violation will result in a $200 fee.
* No dogs allowed. Any pets brought onto the property will be subject to a $500 fee.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Max Occupancy is 15 people.
* Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the lake.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please be mindful of the neighbors. No loud music.
