The Space:
Take in the serene nature views from your walk-out patio, where you can enjoy sipping coffee, barbecuing on the charcoal grill, and catching up with loved ones out in the fresh air. Wake up and step out onto the 2nd floor covered patio to start your morning peacefully.

Step inside this calming unit and feel the stress of the outside world melt away. Every inch of this space has been thoughtfully designed for your maximum relaxation, comfort, and convenience! Lush, deep couches invite you to cozy up and watch your favorite movie on the big screen TV. If board games are more your speed, the living area is the perfect place for a family game night. Cooking in the modern kitchen is an absolute pleasure thanks to high-end stainless-steel appliances, a trusty coffee maker, and all the cookware you could need. Gather your loved ones around the dining table for a delicious family-style meal and quality time well-spent together. This unit is a true sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life!

If outdoor fun is your thing, we have you covered for that too! Guests have access to the waterfront area on constant level Lake LBJ with a deck area with patio tables and chairs, kayak/paddleboard launch area, and courtesy open slip boat/jet ski docks (first come, first served basis). A kayak and paddleboard are available for guest use or bring some floats and enjoy swimming in the no wake zone by the waterfront area. Nearby boat launch and trailer parking is available for a small fee.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, twin size bunk beds, and tv.

Bedroom #2 has 3 twin size beds and a tv.

Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, twin size bed, tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-4 unassigned parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
-A paddle board, kayak, and additional lake essentials like life jackets and floats are available for use in the garage.
-Guests have access to the waterfront area that has a deck with patio sets, kayak launch, and day docks available for complimentary use for day or overnight boat or jet ski parking on the water. The docks are available on a first come, first served basis. Nearby public boat ramp at LBJ Marina (about 5 minutes’ drive) and trailer parking is available there. Don’t have a boat or jet ski? Rent one from the area rental companies.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort except for the Waterfront Bar & Grill which is open to the public.
-If attending an event at the Horseshoe Bay Conference Center, this unit is a short 3-minute walk away.

If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. A maximum number of 1 pet up to 35 lbs can be brought to this property. Located near the shores of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, Horseshoe Bay, Texas is a picturesque resort town that offers visitors a chance to experience the Texas Hill Country's natural beauty. Charming boutiques and art galleries provide ample opportunity to indulge in some retail therapy, while nearby state parks offer adventurous hiking and cycling trails. If you want to venture out further, the thriving cities of Marble Falls (12 minutes), Austin (70 minutes) and San Antonio (1.75 hours) are easy day trip destinations where you can explore unique urban centers. There are 67 wineries and breweries located in the Central Texas area that make for great day trip destinations as well!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The property is in a great location and has all of the amenities needed. The kitchen had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms had a welcome box with necessities like a new sponge, soap, a pack of laundry detergent and so on. The master suite has relatively steep stairs but super nice accommodations. We didn't use the lower room but it would be perfect for those that like it dark because there are no windows and it's cool. I discovered there is a window air unit in the master suite behind the curtain. I would definitely go back!!

Mixed feelings

Condo has been refurbished and is very cute and clean. However the downstairs bedroom is basement like. The AC unit down there did not work. The stairs up to master and down to bedroom are very difficult. They are steep and the steps are very small not regular size. Be dangerous for small children and elderly people. The shower in the master water would not get hot. ( it did in the tub). Beds were very comfortable and good location in Horseshoe Bay.
