Welcome to Villa By The Sea, a beautiful well appointed home directly on the white sand beachs of the Caribbean Sea. Built in ice machine and wine refrigerator in the all mahogany and granite large open kitchen with island prep and seating areas. The open great room has a huge sectional sofa and 2 leather sitting chairs for relaxing in doors. The enormous master bedroom on the first floor has a king sized bed, huge walk in closet and master bath with walk in tiled shower and double sinks. Upstairs is a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and refridgerator, 2 queen size bedrooms, a full bath with large shower and a great room sitting area overlooking a full house-length balcony to enjoy the ocean view, sound and ocean smell. For recreation, you can swim in the private salt water pool, relax on the teak / cushioned lawn furniture on the sand, by the outdoor bar or relax on the huge covered dock out over the ocean - or swim directly off of the dock. There are 2 kayaks for your use, 6 sets of snorkling gear, water floats and plenty of beach towels. There are nearby restaurants, local village produce stands and grocery stores and the local property manager can arrange any excursions that you might want to enjoy - snorkling on the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is a 20 minute boatride, great fishing, cave tubing, zip lines, Myan ruins, hiking to waterfalls and boating to islands for a private lunch / cocktails. Sittee River is just a mile south of Hopkins, which is a fairly quiet and family friendly community.
