« They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly. »

« Staff was very friendly. I switched hotels from another due to issues with elevator. I have stayed at a residence inn previously and was pleased. Area around is not the best but I looked at several other places and it’s all about the same. This place is fenced in. Room was great. Perfect, except for being right over pool and people wanted to play music till late. Front desk did respond and had them turn down. « The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. »
