« We walked in the room and the chair was stained, the toilet wouldn’t work. The smell of weed was stuck in the elevator on the way up. Walked in the room, turned around with our bags and left. Went and gave the key back to the hotel lobby manager and asked if he’d gotten a call from yall about a refund on a cancellation. He had not at the time. « Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am. »

« Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. « We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated.
