« Great staff »

« We were there less than 12 hours, but it was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space. The only feedback is that in a suite that could hold 4 people, there is no fan in the bathroom and all the mirrors are inside the bathroom. So it would be hard for numerous people to get ready at once. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

« My family loved our stay here! The room was very clean. I loved that it was flooring and not carpet. Spacious and it was handy having the kitchenette. It was conveniently located with lots of stores and restaurants around! »

« This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...
