« The gentleman that I communicated with was friendly and the rooms appeared clean, however the wood floors in both rooms were filthy and after walking barefoot, our feet were dirty as well. The floors were swept but NOT mopped. One of our party cleaned her feet and a section of the floor with a towel - icky. Slippers, socks or shoes are highly recommended in the rooms! The pool and pool room were clean and lovely but the hot tub was not filled and working. We were a party of 6 women and had...

« Perfect little studio for my weekend mountain bike adventure I highly appreciated the reserved parking spot, marked with a traffic cone. At the time of my stay [end of May 2026], these small appliances were available for the kitchenette: microwave, toaster oven, hot water kettle, blender. Plus a Brita water pitcher. « The best part of this hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We loved hearing the spooky ghost stories and lore! That said, we felt the property itself could really use some TLC. The first room we were given was definitely not up to the standard we would expect for the price. It was tiny, cramped, and had no furniture for storage of our belongings. There was a desk and one large chair, which we ended up using just to hold our things....

« We had an excellent stay in Hood River! The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved being able to sit by the window and watch the trains go by — such a fun touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! »
